Description

Preparation Exam for Accreditation: Unethical, Illegal or Mere Coincidence?: Abstract

Preparation Exam for Accreditation: Unethical, Illegal or Mere Coincidence? is a case study by Giovanna Storti and Abderrahman Hassi.

Paul recently began the process to become an accredited financial advisor. He registered for two preparatory exam courses at Competencies Institute, a private corporate training firm. During the actual designation exam with the Association, Paul noted that, with only a few exceptions, most of the questions on his exam were a carbon copy of the preparation material provided by David at Competencies Institute. Paul feels uneasy about the situation and wonders what to do about it.
