Swaraj Educational Society: Abstract
As an organization grows, whether rapidly or gradually, it needs to take into account the dynamics of human relations along the way. This aspect is of paramount importance, as it directly impacts accountability, relationships, authority and functional efficiency. Organizations must be flexible in order to respond rapidly to these changes and their resulting impact. Failure to address issues and concerns pertaining to human relations as organizations grow leads to organizational chaos. This case relates to the subject of organizational behaviour.
