AXA Auto Insurance Canada (AAIC) – Part B is a case study by Eduardo Schiehll, Hugues Boisvert and Johanne Cassis.
Part B discusses key performance indicators and their use as well as their relation to budgets. The case allows for a discussion of the current management control system, the managers’ performance evaluation as well as their compensatory salary. This case is used in master’s degree programs.
This is a two-part case (see Case A).
