From Training Programs to the Creation of a Corporate Education System: The Case of a Russian Industrial Company: Abstract
Building up and growing a business involves consistent development of the main business processes, including the creation of organizational structures that make it possible to implement a company’s strategic advantages. This case study describes the development of a training system in a large manufacturing company. Starting with the training in functional areas, the company saw a need to centralize its training and staff development processes and to develop a new system focusing on the creation and transfer of common corporate values, the integrity of orientation training and knowledge sharing.
