AXA Auto Insurance Canada (AAIC) – Part A is a case study by Eduardo Schiehll, Hugues Boisvert and Johanne Cassis.
Part A concerns the budgetary process, including the different stages of this process, its style, its difficulties and challenges, and its usefulness in formulating the organization’s strategy. The case simulates a budget meeting whose purpose is to review the plans developed in response to the targets set by head office. This case is used in master’s degree programs.
This is a two-part case (see Case B).
