Since completion of her masters degree in journalism at the University of Stellenbosch in 2002, Stephanie has worked as a case writer on a contract basis for the WBS Case Centre. She has written more than 30 case studies covering a broad range of subject areas, among them eNatis; low-cost banking (Capitec and Bank Windhoek); micro insurance; marketing (Harley-Davidson® and New Balance) and the IT and cellular industry (MTN).
