Albert J. Mills is Professor of Management and Director of the PhD (Management) program in the Sobey School of Business-Saint Mary's University. He is also a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at Hanken University, in Helsinki, Finland and International Professor (2.0) at the University of Eastern Finland in Kuopio, Finland.
